Your wedding ceremony, reception dinner, henna night, and after-party are all set up in separate halls; your guests stay in the same hotel; and the rooms for the bride and groom's preparations are on the same floor. The wedding coordinator assigned to you takes care of all the coordination in between.

What do we do?
All the services we offer within the scope of Pullman İstanbul Wedding take place in the same facility, with the same team.
- Wedding Ceremony
A wedding area for 1,000 people, special table decoration and dressed chairs.
Your wedding area is set up in a section of the ballroom or in the glass-ceilinged foyer. The wedding table decoration, walkway, and ceremony arrangement are prepared according to the concept you choose; at the end of the ceremony, the same area is transformed into a cocktail area.

Open buffet or service menu from the hotel's own kitchen.
You will create your menu together with our chef; you will have a tasting with your loved ones before the wedding. Set menu, open buffet, and station service options are planned according to the number of guests and the layout of the venue.

A separate ballroom section can accommodate henna ceremonies for up to 300 guests.
Your henna night is set up a day before the wedding or on the same day, in a separate hall. The stage, lighting and music arrangement are adjusted according to your traditional or modern concept; treats are prepared by the hotel's kitchen.

The wedding may be over, but the night doesn't have to end — continue in a separate hall.
After the wedding feast, a separate area with a lounge setup is created for the continuation of the night. The DJ, lighting, and sound system are all set up; your guests won't have to worry about travel as they are all staying in the same hotel.

Your guests coming from out of town stay at the same hotel. A special room rate is defined for wedding invitees; a two-day use room is provided for the bride and groom’s families for preparation.

Our ballroom accommodates up to 1,540 people in a banquet setup and 2,200 people in a cocktail setup when used as a single piece. Since it can be divided into four independent halls with separators, every scale is possible, from a 100-person wedding to a 2,000-person wedding.
The meal service is prepared in the hotel's own kitchen; your wedding cake is included in the package. If you have any special requests, please discuss them with your wedding coordinator, as our kitchen is open to collaborating.
Official wedding procedures are carried out through the municipality to which you are affiliated. The salon allocation letter, ceremony area, and organization are prepared by us; we guide you in correspondence with the municipality.
Yes. We have 403 rooms and suites; we offer special discounted rates for your wedding guests. We manage all reservations on a single list.
We have a closed car park and valet service. A parking plan is made in advance according to the number of guests.
We recommend booking your stay 6–12 months in advance during the peak season (May–September and the New Year period). Feel free to inquire about recent dates as well; cancellations and open dates are possible.
